On 27/07/2005 an agreement was signed for the sale-over the counter-of 102,600 common shares by Mr.Christos Rocas as well as for 102,600 common shares by Mr.Georgios Rocas to the company IBERDROLA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES II (subsidiary company of IBERDROLA S.A.). After the completion of the aforesaid transaction, the holding of IBERDROLA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES II, on the total voting rights of METAL INDUSTRY OF ARCADIA C.ROCAS S.A., will reach 28.990%.
