MICHANIKI S.A. participates for the third year in the 17th MIPIM, the leading international real estate forum and global marketplace that takes place in Cannes, France, on March 13-16, 2006.
MIPIM 2007 includes many hundreds of exhibiting companies representing more than 70 different countries and offers a unique opportunity to individual companies and organizations to make important contacts in the industry, to discover new possibilities for development and promote their real estate activities and projects.
In the international exhibition MICHANIKI promotes four of its current projects. Namely:
I. "Athena" Commercial Centre in Odessa.
The Commercial Centre located in the heart of Odessa, Ukraine. "Athena" was officially inaugurated in September 2004, and since then is considered a modern landmark of the city and one of the most impressive buildings in the country. Totaling 30,000 sq.m. of surface area, the shopping mall accommodates 162 shops, dept stores, recreational areas, and office spaces for international and local companies.
II. "Artemis" Multi-Purpose Building Complex in Kiev.
The "Artemis" Building Complex is located in the eastern suburbs of Kiev, Ukraine. It is situated by the shores of Dnieper river, and is totalling 53,381 sq.m. It will include two floors of 6,000 sq.m. for shopping and recreational activities, and 2,000 sq. m. for office use. Above the commercial space area, MICHANIKI will construct two towers of 6 and 20 floors respectively, including 198 apartments ranging from 60 to 120 sq.m. and totalling 22,500 sq.m. The underground parking garage area is of 7,000 sq.m. Artemis is a multifunctional and dynamic building complex using modern architectural elements and hopes to become a new landmark in the surrounding area.
III. "Odessa Dream" Housing and Recreational Park in Odessa.
The "Odessa Dream" Recreational and Park Development Complex in Odessa, Ukraine. Located at the city''s harbor in the Black Sea, Delfinia is an ambitious development of total surface area of 206,422 sq.m. including 28 buildings of six distinctive building types.
IV. "Alexandros" Multi-Purpose Building Complex in Moscow.
In a land plot of 20,000 sq.m. in Moscow, Russia, MICHANIKI is planning to develop a mixed use building complex. The complex, located in the Chimki area of the Russian capital will include three towers of total surface area of 157,190 sq.m, for hotel, office and commercial space.
