MICHANIKI S.A. participates in the 1th MREF (Moscow Real Estate Forum), the international real estate forum that takes place in Moscow, Russia, on October 31-November 2, 2006. MREF 2006 is a many-layer event including an exhibition of major investment projects of Moscow and other Russian regions, an International Conference, and other social events. The Forum purpose is to create the first in Russia B2B venue for professional communication of leading Russian and foreign players in the real estate market, attracting investments, experience and technological exchange. Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the Government of Moscow, heads of Russian regional administrative authorities and major international investors and developers participate in the Forum.
In the exhibition MICHANIKI promotes four of its current projects. Namely:
I. Athena Commercial Centre in Odessa
The Commercial Centre located in the heart of Odessa, Ukraine. Athena was officially inaugurated in September 2004. Totaling 30,000 sq.m. of surface area, the shopping mall accommodates 162 shops, dept stores, recreational areas, and office spaces for international and local companies..
II. Artemis Building Complex in Kiev
The Artemis Building Complex is located in the eastern suburbs of Kiev, Ukraine. Totaling 53,381 sq.m., the Artemis Complex will include two floors of 6,000 sq.m. for shopping and recreational activities, and 2,000 sq. m. for office use. Above the commercial space area, MICHANIKI is constructing two towers of 6 and 20 floors respectively, including 198 apartments totaling 22,200 sq.m. The underground parking garage area is of 7,000 sq.m.
III. Odessa Dream Housing and Recreational Park in Odessa
The Odessa Dream Recreational and Park Development Complex in Odessa, Ukraine, is located at the city''s harbor in the Black Sea. Odessa Dream is an ambitious development of total surface area of 206,422 sq.m. including 28 buildings of six distinctive building types.
90% of the total building area will be for residential premises, 8% for hotel premises and 2% for commercial spaces.
IV. Chimki Gate Multi-Purpose Building Complex in Moscow
In a land plot of 20,000 sq.m. in Moscow, Russia, MICHANIKI is planning to develop a mixed use building complex. The complex, located in the Chimki area of the Russian capital will include three towers of total surface area of 151,190 sq.m, for hotel, office and commercial space.
