Michaniki S.A. construction group signed additional contracts to complete construction of 'Mediterranean Cosmos' shopping and entertainment center for Pylaia SA in Thessaloniki, northern Greece.

The contracts involve architectural and electromechanical works valued at 14.0 million euros, and the construction of a road junction to accommodate traffic to the Center, valued at 2.1 million euros.

Michaniki S.A. has already concluded the first phase of construction works for the 70.000 square meters of building facilities of the Shopping Center that was valued at around 25.0 million euros.

The shopping and entertainment center is build on a 255,000 square meter land and includes department stores, shops, restaurants, cinemas, a supermarket and a traditional Greek village with facilities for exhibitions and cultural events. Pylaia S.A., is owned by LAMDA Development while Sonae-Haragionis joint venture has a 39.9 percent minority stake.
