MICHANIKI S.A. construction group and the Greek branch of German retailer firm PRAKTIKER signed a deal totaling 26.2 million euros.

According to the deal MICHANIKI S.A. will sell a real estate asset of 36,600 sq.m., with the existing building installations to PRAKTIKER Hellas, located in Mandra Attikis by the main Athens-Corinth highway. The sale is worth 17.5 million euros.

MICHANIKI S.A. will also be involved in construction works converting existing installations into a major commercial center for PRAKTIKER, adding another 8.7 million euros to the deal.
