Minimum Disclosed Volume of Shares
According to paragraph 2.4.1 (b) of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) Regulation and the ATHEX Board of Directors Decision as modified at 6/10/2011 -"Procedure required for the licensing of Market Maker in the Regulated Markets of ATHEX and Alternative Market EN.A?, the Minimum Disclosed Volume of Shares (M.D.V.S.) for the calendar quarter April - June 2013 is presented herewith.
The M.D.V.S. refers to the obligations of Market Makers and Special Advisers (Sponsors) and is defined as the minimum volume of each leg of the market maker's quote.
The start date for the implementation of new M.D.V.S. will be Monday, April 8 2013.
