The company, in the frames of obligations that arise from 3556/2007 law, due to the reorganisation of its participations, proceeded to the minority participation transfer i.e. a) the total 33% that held directly and indirectly in "DIEKAT ENERGY S.A." company against euro 2.100.000 as well as b) the 24,5% that held directly in "DIEKAT RENEWABLE AND CONVENTIONAL ENERGY RESOURCES" company against euro 1.000.000. In both transfers the counter-party was Mr Theodoros Nanos.
From both of the two transfers the company acquired total surplus value of euro 1.608.619 and specifically euro 754.894 due to the first transfer and euro 853.725 due to the second transfer.
