Athens, March 12th 2003. M.J.MAILLIS GROUP in co-operation with IBM, having successfully completed the implementation of SAP for M.J.MAILLIS GROUP in Greece, announces the SAP implementation to the Group's affiliates in Italy. Their agreement refers to the project's integration in five Group affiliates in Italy (SIAT S.p.A, SICME Srl, MEGA Srl, TAM Srl, COLUMBIA Srl). The timetable of the project will be approximately 9 months, having already started in January 1st 2003 with the support of the specialized team of IBM advisors in both Greece (I.B.M Hellas) and Italy (SIC).

M.J.MAILLIS GROUP, is the first Greek multinational company, which carries out such an important project, by utilizing IBM/ s high technology and know-how. The project main objective is to improve the performance and quality of services of the Group companies. As it has been announced in the past, the SAP implementation project will be also rolled out to other Group subsidiaries.
