LIVANI PUBLISHING ORGANIZATION S.A announced today that its Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting of 7.11.2005, approved unanimously the modification of Article 4 (re: purpose of the company) of its Articles of Association. More specifically, the EGM decided that the company would also activate in a secondary purpose (carrying out of feasibility, investment studies etc, operation of snack shops, coffee-restaurants, trade of paper, production & trade of toys and any type of advertising activities).
