Modification of Clearing & Settlement Regulations

4 March 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding, Clearing, Settlement & Registry announces that, the BoD of the Capital Market Commission (Resolutions 1/465/3.3.2008 & 2/465/3/3/2008) approved the modifications of the Dematerialized Securities Stock Exchange Transactions Clearing & Settlement Regulation and the Derivatives Transactions Clearing & Settlement Regulation.
