Modification of Clearing & Settlement Regulation
17 June 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding, Clearing, Settlement & Registry announces that, the BoD of the Capital Market Commission (Resolution 1/473/5.6.2008) approved the modifications of the Dematerialized Securities Stock Exchange Transactions Clearing & Settlement Regulation.The new codified text of the Regulation is available at the Company's website http://www.helex.gr/ (Clearing & Settlement Section).
