Space Hellas S.A. following the resolution of the board of directors on 04/07/2014 is modifying the organizational structure of the company.

The General Management position ceases to exist in the organizational structure of the company without any other modification to the Organizational Chart. Therefore, the former General Manager, Mr. George Lagogiannis, remains at the company as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
