Modification of the Rulebook for Clearing and Settlement of Exchange Transactions

12 December 2006 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding announces that the Capital Market Commission, with decisions 22/396/31.08.2006 and 33/400/05.10.2006 of its Board of Directors (Government Gazette 1726 B΄ 27.11.2006), approved the amendments of the Rulebook on Clearing and Settlement of Exchange Transactions on Dematerialized Securities. The new, codified text of the Rulebook is available at the website http://www.hcsd.gr/ (Section Information / Publications).
