On its session on 26.08.2002, the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange, in order to promote the institution of the Market Maker, decided to provide a motive to the companies under listing, which have signed a Market Making Agreement with a Market Maker ? Member of the Athens Stock Exchange.

According to this decision, the companies under listing that are committed in their Prospectus that they will appoint a Market Maker regarding their securities, will be given the possibility of a four (4) month advancement in the list of their category.

The market making will be exercised for a period of at least one (1) year from the date that the company?s securities start trading on the Main or Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
