MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A announces that, following the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders of June 1st, 2004 regarding the Buy Back of its own shares, during the period 1.3.2005-20.5.2005, which was defined by the BoD in its meeting of 23.2.2005, the Company did not acquire any shares.

Furthermore, the Company announces that the Buy Back process of its own shares, which commenced on 14.6.2004, terminated on 20.5.2005 and during the course it acquired an aggregate of 15,180 own shares (average purchase price Euro 7.48 per share), which represent a percentage of 0.01370 % of its share capital.
