Dynamic Life SA announces that following the 20/9/2004 Board Meeting and in view of its international orientation, Mr. Mike Miller has been appointed as CEO of the company. Mr. Miller has operated at board level with '24 Hour Fitness', the largest chain of Health & Fitness clubs in the world and moves from a board level position at 'Fitness First', the largest health club chain in Europe.

Ms Eftihia Pylarinou and Nikolaos Anagnostou are new appointments to the Board of Directors with non-executive and executive board positions respectively. Additionally, Eftihia Pylarinou has been a high profile member of the international investment community while Mr. Anagnostou has operated at managerial level in health and fitness clubs and has been cooperating with the company since 1998 in training and network inspection programs.

As a consequence, the new Board of Directors has the following structure:

The changes in the Board of Directors are a part of the business plan of the company that aims in the filling of key positions with experienced and acknowledged executives from the Greek as well as the international market. It should be noted that Mr. George Kamarinos, who takes over the General Manager position responsible for the operations of the Greek market and Mr. Ioannis Tzifas, who retains his position as Head of the Legal Department of the company no longer operate at board level.
