MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. confirms that, in line with the information already provided to the investing public by its previous announcement of 15.11.2013, it has mandated a number of  leading financial institutions as advisors on a potential debt capital markets transaction. The possibility of a bond issue is an option examined in this context, to the extent that the conditions in the market, which will ultimately determine the relevant terms, will be favourable for such a transaction.

In all cases of a specific development, the Company will inform the investing public without delay.
