Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders who are owners of the company's shares during the trading session of the A.S.E. of 07.01.2005.

On Monday, January 10, 2005, the shares will be traded without the right of dividend's collection for the financial year 01.07.2003 - 30.06.2004. The beginning date for the payment of the dividend will be the 24th of February 2005. Any additional detail about the method of payment, will be decided by the company's Board of Directors in a forthcoming session and will be announced to the shareholders accordingly.
