PPC S.A.announces the new BoD of its 100% subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A.

The composition is the following:

- Panagiotakis Emmanuel, Chairman of the Board, (Mechanical - Electrical   Engineer)

- Kamileri Anna, Vice President, (Economist),

- Veriopoulos Michael, Chief Executive Officer, (Civil Engineer)

- Vrotsis Fotios, Member, (Mechanical Engineer)

- Vougioukalakis Georgios, Member, (Geologist)

- Blikas Theodoros, Member, (Electrical Engineer)

- Bousas Sotirios, Member, (Electrical Engineer)

The term of office of the new Board of Directors shall be for three years.
