According to the article 4 paragraph 1 element e of the Decision of the Helenic Market Commission 5/204/14.11.2000 we wouldlike to inform you that a change in the board of directors of our company came up. After the sudden death, today, of The President and Managing Director of the company Christou K. Tegopoulou the Board of Directors called an urgent meeting and elected in replacement Mr Athanasio Styl. Tegopoulo. After this election the board of directors was reorganized.
