The Company "IASO OBSTETRICS - GYNECOLOGY - SURGERY - DIAGNOSTIC - THERAPEUTIC AND RECEARCH CENTER S.A." informs the investors that the Board of Directors during the meetings held on the 5th, 6th and 7th of January 2007, accepted the resignations of its members Ioannis Lataniotis, Leonidas Mamas, Michail Bobotis, Haralambos Mameletzis, Filippos Stokkos, Emmanouil Doulgerakis and Savas Iliadis and elected the following seven new members to replace them: Georgios Stamatiou, Ioannis Trompoukis, Panayiotis Theofanakis, Konstantions Kanellopoulos, Stylianos Zarkinos, Ilias Heilaris and Dionysios Karamalikis.
Following the replacement of the above members the Board of Directors at the last meeting dated 7-1-2007 was incorporated as follows:
