The Board of Directors of the company PANTECHNIKI S.A. during its Meeting on 27 March 2007 accepted the resignations submitted by the executive members of the BoD Angelo C. Giokaris and Edward K. Sarantopoulos and elected for their replacement, concerning the remaining time of their term, the new members of the BoD, Mr. Georgios Syrianos, son of Emmanouil, and Mr. Sarantis Papadellis, son of Georgios. The election of the aforementioned members will be subject to approval at the next General Meeting.
- Moreover, during the Meeting of 27 March 2007, the BoD was constituted as a body and the following members were unanimously elected for the remaining term of the BoD:
1) Chairman of the BoD, Mr. Christos Giokaris, son of Aggelis,
2) Vice-Chairman of the BoD, Mr. Konstantinos Sarantopoulos, son of Ioannis,
3) Secretary of the BoD, Ms. Magdalini Dafnomili, daughter of Eleftherios.
- Finally, Mr. Christos Giokaris, son of Aggelis, Chairman of the BoD, was appointed and undertook the duties of General Director, Mr. Konstantinos I. Sarantopoulos, Vice-Chairman of the BoD, was appointed and undertook the duties Executive Director, and, Mr. Ioannis L. Papanikolaou was appointed and undertook the duties of Technical Director of the company.
