Piraeus Bank announces that Mr. Lambros Kotsiris, Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank, resigned today for personal reasons.
The Board, in a meeting earlier today, unanimously accepted said resignation and elected as surrogate director Mr. Christodoulos Antoniadis, General Manager of the Bank''s Northern Greece Network.
