The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that during its Board meeting on 07.08.2007 Mr. Εfstratios Elissaios was elected as an executive Member until the end of the current BoD's duration, namely until June 19, 2008, in replacement of the resigned non executive BoD Member Mr. Dionisios Fragos.
