PROTON Bank S.A. announces a change in its Board of Directors. More specifically, on the Board meeting of August 8th 2007, Mr. Elias S. Tsotakos was elected as a new member, in replacement of Mr. Hasdai V. Capon, who resigned from the Board. Mr. Tsotakos has been elected as an Executive Member.
Consequently, the BoD of PROTON Bank S.A., consists of the following members:

According to Article 9 of the Articles of Association of the Bank, the above Board of Directors is of three-year tenure, starting from September 7th, 2006, which is the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting and will expire upon the election of the new Board of Directors by the Ordinary General Meeting of year 2009. The tenure may not exceed 4 (four) years.
