Geniki Bank S.A.  announces that  at  he Board of Directors’  meeting of  Αugust  30^th 2011  ( minutes No 2788)   the  executive  director    Mr . Emmanuel Martin  and the non - executive  director    Mr . Jean Didier Reigner  were resigned.  

The Board , accepting the  managing  Director ‘ s  proposal,   elected  Mr Jean Marie  NAVARRO  as executive director   and Mr   Didier COLIN  as a non executive director         of the Board in place of  the members who resigned respectively.   

The formation of Composition of the new BoD is as follows:
