New important private project - International Awarding for BETANET S.A.

1. BETANET S.A, in accordance with the article 10 of L.3340/2005, announces to the investors that it signed an agreement with "UNILOG S.A.", for the construction of the project: "Construction of storage facilities for medical and pharmaceutical materials" in Markopoulo, Attica. The project has a budget of 4,035 mil. plus VAT and includes storage facilities construction of total surface of approximately 8.200 m2 and additional works on the 5.000 m2 of surrounding space. The contractual execution time of the project is five (5) months approximately.

Management would also like to announce that according to the recently released results on October 14th 2005 of "EUROPE'S 500 - ENTREPREUEURS FOR GROWTH ORGANIZATION" (www.europes500.com), BETANET S.A. has ranked for the year 2005 well inside Europe's top 500 growing companies, achieving a 236th place listing. This, along with BETANET S.A.'s acceptance as a full member of the International Organization "BIBM" (Bureau International Du Beton Manufacture), the official sector body for Precast Concrete Industries, and all other company's business activities, contacts and cooperations abroad, solidifies the company's increased international orientation towards its future sustainable growth.
