1.) BETANET S.A., announces that the 100% subsidiary EKAT-ETAN S.A. signed an agreement with DEMO S.A., pharmaceutical company for the construction of the bearing structure, for the project: "New Industrial Building of DEMO S.A. on the 21st klm. of Attica-Lamia National Road in Krioneri, Attica".

2.) The project has a budget of 3,25 mil. euro plus VAT and includes the excavation works, the construction of the bearing structure of underground and ground floor, with a total surface of approximately 7.000 m2 and additional works on the surrounding space. The contractual execution time of the project is six (6) months.

3.) Considering the above project, the remaining backlog for the Group is exceeding the value of euro 38 mil.
