COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A., the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Greece, announces new interconnection rates for calls originating from PSTN networks and terminating on COSMOTE's network ('fixed to mobile').

According to the new rates, that will be effective as of 05.10.2003, COSMOTE's interconnection charges for ?fixed to mobile? calls will decrease to 17 eurocents/min with a 33'' minimum call duration charge (previous rate was 18 eurocents/min with a 32'' minimum call duration charge).

The aforementioned new rates have been incorporated in the Company's guidance, and are therefore not expected to have any material impact on COSMOTE?s financial performance. It is noted that COSMOTE?s fixed to mobile termination rates remain the lowest in the Greek mobile market
