Eurobank Properties REIC informs the public that the Company''s Board of Directors, at its meeting on 27th April 2007, decided to appoint Mr. George Chryssikos, Investment Manager of the Company, as member of the Company''s Investment Committee. In accordance with the Company''s Internal Regulation (as approved by the 308/29-9-2005 Board of Directors'' meeting and amended by the 316/-2-2006 Board of Directors'' meeting), the Investment Committee consists of five or six members.
Following this appointment of Mr. George Chryssikos as a new member of the Investment Committee, the latter will be composed of the following six (6) individuals:
1. Nikolaos Galetas, Chairman
2. George Chryssikos, Secretary
3. Epaminondas Panas
4. George Papageorgiou
5. Aristotelis Karytinos
6. Dimitrios Raptis
