Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece announces its new organizational structure, which comprises of seven management units (six General Divisions and one Division), that are under the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Mr. Anthony Crontiras, as follows:
1. General Divison for Retail Banking. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr. Leonnidas Zonnios.
2. General Division for Corporate and Investment Banking. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr. Leonidas Zonnios.
3. General Division for Financial and Banking Operations. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr. Bruno Charrier.
4. Genaral Division for Coordination. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr.George Benekos.
5. General Divison for Group Human Resources. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr. Tryfon Panagakis.
6. General Division for Risk Management. Head of this General Division is appointed Mr. Claude Petit.
7. Divion for Auditing. Head of this Division is appointed Mr. Konstantinos Stefopoulos.
Addionally, Mr. Bruno Charrier, Head of the General Division for Finance and Banking Operations, will take over as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Mr. Bruno Charrier succeeds Mr. Christian Jacques, who is moving to Credit Agricole s headquarters in Paris.
