CORPORATE ACTIONS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 889/31.08.2020, the shares of the company "PERSEUS SPECIALTY FOODS S.A." (GRS299003004) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

The 6,500,000 new (CR) shares of the company "AVE S.A." (GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the share capital increase realized as a result of the capitalization of third party claims to the company, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights. On September 1, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 136,014,137 (CR) shares with new par value of €0.04 (from €0.30) per share.
