CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 4,450,000 new (CR) shares of the company ‘DIONIC S.A.' (GRS339003022) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of 89 bonds, at a conversion price of € 0.30 per share. On April 28, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 5,867,311 new (CR) shares.

E.T.F. DELISTINGS

Due to the decision of the BoD of the Management Company "NBG ASSET MANAGEMENT MUTUAL FUNDS MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A." for their dissolution, the total of the units of the ETFs «NBGAM ETF GREECE & TURKEY 30 - EQUITY»  (GRF000055001) & «NBGAM ETF ATHEX GENERAL INDEX» (GRF000054004) is delisted from ATHEX.
