CORPORATE ACTIONS

After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of the companies:  

• "EUROBROKERS S.A." (GRS479003006)
• "YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A." (GRS249501008)
• "CHATZIKRANIOTIS & SONS MILLS S.A." (GRS348003005)
• "WOOL INDUSTRY  TRIA ALFA S.A." (GRS059063008 (CR) & GRS059064006 (PR))

is temporarily suspended on ATHEX.

After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of the company "LANAKAM S.A." (GRS047063003) is lifted on ATHEX.

• The trading of the 2,339,353,394 (CR) shares of the bank "ATTICA BANK S.A." (GRS001003011), -with par value of €0,30 per share- is temporarily suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 164,975,557 (CR) shares ?with par value of €4,2539999922534 per share-, which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. As of the same date, the shares of the bank "ATTICA BANK S.A." do not incorporate the right to the share capital increase, with the issue of 659,902,228 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The rights' trading period is set from May 04, 2018 to May 15, 2018, included. The rights' subscription period is set from May 04, 2018 to May 18, 2018, included.

  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on May 04, 2018, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session after the adjustment due to the share R. Split (27/04/2018): €0.3616 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.3125.

  On May 04, 2018, the total number of the bank's listed shares amounts to 164,975,557 (CR) shares, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, of new ISIN Code GRS001003029, final par value of €0.30 per share -after the decrease of the share capital-  and with adjusted start share price of 0.3125.
• The 254,000 new (CB) shares of the company "PIPE WORKS L. GIRAKIAN PROFIL S.A." (GRS095001004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the share capital increase realized as a result of the capitalization of liabilities, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights. On April 30, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 1,524,000 (CR) shares.
• The 1,000,000 items of the GREEK TREASURY BILLS are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, (issue date 16/03/2018, one year duration, ISIN  GR0004111374, fixed interest rate of  1.250% and nominal value of  €1,000).
