LIFT OF SUSPENSION OF TRADING

After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares (GRS406003004) and on the bonds (GRC406116AF5) of the company "FORTHNET S.A." is lifted on ATHEX.

Following the equal share capital increase and decrease of the company "ELVE S.A." (GRS240003012), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.21 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.25 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
