At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of "EGNATIA BANK S.A." held on 26.07.2006, a new three-member Internal Control Committee was elected, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Presidential Decree of the Bank of Greece 2577/2006. The members of the Internal Control Committee are Mr. Ioannis Grammatidis, non executive independent member of the Board of Directors, President of the Committee, and Messrs Panagiotis Theocharakis, non executive member of the Board of Directors and Konstantinos Los, non executive independent member of the Board of Directors, members of the Committee.
