COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A., the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Greece, announces the introduction of a new unified interconnection rate for calls terminating on its network (regardless of the originating network, fixed or mobile).

According to the new rates, that will be effective as of 01.02.2003 termination charges for all calls to COSMOTE's network will be 18 eurocents/min, with a 32'' minimum call duration charge .

Following the implementation of the above new rate, the Company complies with the respective interconnection regulation that requires a unified rate to be applied to all terminating calls regardless of the originating network.

The aforementioned new rates have been incorporated in the Company's previous guidance regarding this year's financial performance, and are therefore not expected to have any material impact on future growth and profitability.
