SIDENOR SA announces that its General Manager Mr. Dimitrios Paraskevopoulos has resigned from its duties and Mr. Sarados Milios has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Furthermore, Mr. Dimitrios Paraskevopoulos and Mr. Sarados Milios have been elected as executive members of the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Andreas Adamopoulos and Robert Monnot respectively, who have resigned.
