We hereby announce that following the decision No.2/396/31.8.2006 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market''s Committee, in order to better inform the general public, Note No 9 of the published Brief Financial Data and Information for the period from the 1st of January 2006 until the 30th of September 2006 is rephrased as follows :
"9. According to IAS 24 regulations regarding related/affiliated parties, management staff and members of the BoD:
a. The cumulative amount of sales (for goods and services) from the beginning of the fiscal year and the outstanding receivables of the Company at the end of the current period, which originate from transactions with affiliated parties, as far as the parent company is concerned, is respectively: Euro 10,99 million for the sales and Euro 13,26 million for the outstanding receivables. Purchases and outstanding liabilities do not exist. Again, as far as the parent company in concerned, the payments/compensations of management staff and members of the BoD have totalled to Euro 403,43 thousands, while an amount of Euro 3,19 thousands remains to be paid. No receivables from management staff and the members of the BoD exist and no loans have been established between them and the parent company.
b. In a consolidated/group level, the respective amounts that originate from transactions with affiliated parties, are as follows : Sales of goods and services total to Euro 507,35 thousands and outstanding receivables to Euro 168,69 thousands. No purchases of goods or services and no outstanding liabilities of the parent company exist at the end of the period. Moreover, in a consolidated/group level, the payments/compensations of management staff and members of the BoD have totalled to Euro 469,74 thousands. An amount of Euro 12,48 thousands of receivables and Euro 17,86 thousands of liabilities remain outstanding. Finally, no loans have been established between them and the company."
