Stassinopoulos informed us that he acquired, on 28/12/2005, 7.600.000 common bearer shares of our company, the total number of shares of which is 199.474.091. Following the above purchase, the percentage holding of Mr. Nicholas M. Stassinopoulos in the share capital of VIOHALCO, S.A., from 1,15% (2.300.375 shares) is 4,96% (9.900.375 shares) and his voting rights from 3,36% (6.706.495 voting rights) to 7,17% (14.306.495 voting rights).
