LAMBRAKIS PRESS CO. S.A. announced today that on 12.8.2005 it received a copy of the agreement of 8.8.2005, according to which a collateral was established on its 18,867,925 common registered shares that were transferred from Mr.Christos Lambrakis to Mr.Stavros Psycharis on 8.8.2005. ALPHA BANK granted the loan to Mr.S.Psycharis, in order to pay the relevant amount for the purchase of the aforesaid shares.
