It is hereby notified pursuant to P.D. 51/1992, that
1. The shareholder Nοvator Equities Ltd with its letter of 15.1.2007 has notified Forthnet S.Α. of the change in the percentages of its shares and voting rights to the latter''s share capital from 38,65% to 21,01% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. after the sale of 6.800.000 common registered shares with voting rights during the meeting of the A.S.E. on the 12th January 2007. As a result, Novator Equities Ltd participates directly by a percentage of 16,69% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which (percentage corresponds to 6.432.451 common registered shares with voting rights, and indirectly through Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 4,32% to the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 1.665.000 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
2. The company Novator One Limited Partnership with its letter of 15.1.2007 has notified Forthnet S.A. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4 par. 1, 5 par. 1, 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 38,65% to 21,01% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 6.800.000 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. during the meeting of the A.S.E. on the 12th January 2007. As a result, Novator One Limited Partnership participates indirectly through Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 21,01% of Forthnet S.A. share capital which corresponds to 8.097.451 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
3. The company Novator Cayman Limited with its letter of 15.1.2007 notified FORTHnet S.A. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4 par. 1, 5 par. 1, 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 38,65% to 21,01% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the Companies Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 6.800.000 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. during the A.S.E. meeting on the 12th January 2007. As a result, Novator Cayman Limited participates indirectly through the companies Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 21,01% to Forthnet S.A share capital which corresponds to 8.097.451 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
4. The shareholder Cycladic Catalyst Master Fund with its letter of 15.1.2007 notified Forthnet S.Α. of the change in its percentage of shares and voting rights in the share capital of the latter from 11,31% to 8,19% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. after the sale of 1.200.000 common registered shares with voting rights during the meeting of A.S.E. on the 12th January 2007. As a result, Cycladic Catalyst Master Fund participates directly by a percentage of 8,19% in the share capital of Forthnet AE which corresponds to 3.157.057 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
5. The shareholder Foundation of Technology and Research (Ι.Τ.Ε) with its letter of 15.1.2007 notified Forthnet S.A. of the change in its percentage of shares and voting rights in the share capital of the latter from 11,71% to 11,45% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by ForthnetS.A. after the sale of 100.000 common registered shares with voting rights during the meeting of the A.S.E. on the 12th January 2007. As a result, the Foundation of Research and Technology (Ι.Τ.Ε) participates directly by a percentage of 11,45% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 4.412.465 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
6. Bjorgolfur Thor Biorgolfsson with its letter of 15.1.2007 notified Forthnet S.Α. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4 par. 1, 5 par. 1, 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 38,65% to 21,01% out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the companies Novator Cayman Limited, Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 6.800.000 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. during the meeting of the A.S.E. on the 12th January 2007. As a result, Bjorgolfur Thor Biorgolfsson participates indirectly throygh Novator Cayman Limited, Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 21,01% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 8.097.451 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38.540.682 common registered shares.
