LAVRENTIADIS S.A., according to the 3069/13.2.2007 letter to Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announced that on 12.2.2007, has proceeded to LAMDA DETERGENT S.A.''s sale of shares. As a result the stake in the total voting rights of the above company is reduced from 34,03% σε 16,38%, with collateral change of its stake in the total company''s shares. The company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. announces that Mr. Lavrentis Lavrentiadis, President of the Board of Directors and CEO of LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. according to his 3068/13.2.2007 letter to Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announced that on 12.2.2007 the controlled by him company "NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. proceeded to the sale of shares of the above company. As a result, according to the article 7 and 8 of the P.D 51/92, the total stake is reduced from 34,03% to 16,38% on the total voting rights of LAMDA DETERGENT S.A.. The voting rights that the controlled by him company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A." has i.e. 16.38%, are included in the above percentage, whereas his direct stake on the company''s total shares and voting rights remains zero.
