We hereby notify you the changes in the shareholding status pursuant to presidential decree nr. 51/92, as same were notified to us further to the completion of the Optional Public Offer submitted by "MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD." (former "Popular Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited").
A. The percentage of indirect participation of the company under the name "DUBAI INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED" on the entire voting rights of our company was decreased from 35.13% to 0.00%, with a respective change in its total shareholding in our company.
B. The participation percentage of Mr. ANDREAS VGENOPOULOS on the entire voting rights of our company was decreased from 6.63% to 0.00%, with a respective change in his total shareholding in our company.
C. The participation percentage of the company under the name "MORGAN STANLEY & CO. INTERNATIONAL" on the entire voting rights of our company was decreased from 11.728% to 0.081%, with a respective change in its total shareholding in our company.
D. The participation percentage of the company under the name "MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC COMPANY LTD." on the entire voting rights of our company was increased from 0.00% to 95.30%, with a respective change in its total shareholding in our company.
The date of effect of the above changes is considered the 5th of January 2007.
