Furthermore, in accordance with Marfin Financial Group Holdings S.A.''s announcement, the date of the transaction was 05th January 2007.
Before the above change Marfin Financial Group Holdings S.A. held in addition 420.756 preferred shares without voting rights of "Egnatia Bank S.A." which are being included in the above mentioned percentage in the share capital.
