It is clarified that the total new common bearer shares to be issued from the exercise of rights of the Stock Option Plan, as of announcement of 29 November 2006, will not exceed 521.400 common bearer shares.
The total of 901.900 new common bearer shares of Company, as stated in paragraph 2 on the Document for the provision of information under Law 3401/2005, refers to the maximum amount of common bearer shares to be issued, until the expiry of the Stock Option Plan.
