Mr. PANOS GERMANOS, shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GERMANOS SA, with his letter dated 2667/2.10.2006 towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, notified that on 2.10.2006 he went forward with a sale of his total shares in the aforementioned company, namely 27,973,016 shares / 34.29% of the share capital, and consequently is no longer a shareholder of GERMANOS SA. Αlso, Mr. CHRISTOS GERMANOS, shareholder and vice-president of the Board of Directors of GERMANOS SA, with his letter dated 2668/2.10.2006 towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, notified that on 2.10.2006 he went forward with a sale of his total shares in the aforementioned company, namely 3,162,894 shares / 3.877% of the share capital, and consequently is no longer a shareholder of GERMANOS SA.
