Notification
A. Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that the company MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. informed us that on Friday the 13th of October, 2006 purchased 2.168.622 common registered shares with voting rights of the company DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the Company). Following the above transfer its percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 61,970%, from 44,624% that it possessed on the 12th of October, 2006, i.e. its percentage of voting rights in the Company is now above 50% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company. As a consequence the shareholding participation of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 61,970% corresponding to 7.746.622 common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 44,624% which corresponded to 5.578.000 common registered shares with voting rights that it owned before the transfer and this is a direct shareholding participation.
B. Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that Mr. Constantinos Katsaros informed us that on Friday the 13th of October, 2006 transferred 646.959 common registered shares with voting rights of the company DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the Company). Following the above transfer his percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 0,00%, from 5,18% that he possessed on the 12th of October, 2006, i.e. his percentage of voting rights in the Company is below 5% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company. As a consequence the shareholding participation of Mr. Constantinos Katsaros in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 0,00% corresponding to zero (0) common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 5,18% which corresponded to 646.959 common registered shares with voting rights that he owned before the transfer.
C. Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that Mr. Anastasios Deligiorgis informed us that on Friday the 13th of October, 2006 transferred 640.910 common registered shares with voting rights of the company DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the Company). Following the above transfer his percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 0,00%, from 5,13% that he possessed on the 12th of October, 2006, i.e. his percentage of voting rights in the Company is below 5% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company. As a consequence the shareholding participation of Mr. Anastasios Deligiorgis in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 0,00% corresponding to zero (0) common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 5,13% which corresponded to 640.910 common registered shares with voting rights that he owned before the transfer.
D. Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that Mr. Evangelos Papageorgiou, member of the board of directors of DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the Company) informed us that on Friday the 13th of October, 2006 transferred 467.206 common registered shares with voting rights of the Company. Following the above transfer his percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 0,00%, from 3,74% that he possessed on the 12th of October, 2006, i.e. his percentage of voting rights in the Company has changed more than 3% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company and the value of the transfer exceeds the amount of 293.470.29 Euros. As a consequence the shareholding participation of Mr. Evangelos Papageorgiou in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 0,00% corresponding to zero (0) common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 3,74% which corresponded to 467.206 common registered shares with voting rights that he owned before the transfer.

As a consequence the shareholding participation of Mr. Anastasios Deligiorgis in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 0,00% corresponding to zero (0) common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 5,13% which corresponded to 640.910 common registered shares with voting rights that he owned before the transfer.
D. Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that Mr. Evangelos Papageorgiou, member of the board of directors of DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the Company) informed us that on Friday the 13th of October, 2006 transferred 467.206 common registered shares with voting rights of the Company. Following the above transfer his percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 0,00%, from 3,74% that he possessed on the 12th of October, 2006, i.e. his percentage of voting rights in the Company has changed more than 3% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company and the value of the transfer exceeds the amount of 293.470.29 Euros. As a consequence the shareholding participation of Mr. Evangelos Papageorgiou in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer, is equal to a percentage of 0,00% corresponding to zero (0) common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 3,74% which corresponded to 467.206 common registered shares with voting rights that he owned before the transfer.
