The company Lambrakis Press SA, announced today that on 13.10.2006, Mr. Christos D. Lambrakis, President of the BoD and shareholder of the company, sold 830.000 common registered voting shares of the company, which correspond to 1,00% of the share capital and the total voting rights of the company Lambrakis Press SA respectively. Prior to the change, Mr. Christos D. Lambrakis owned 35,242% of the voting rights and 9,364% of the share capital of the company, while after the aforementioned change the percentage of voting rights and share capital of Christos D. Lambrakis stood at 34,242% and 8,364% respectively.
