Further to our announcement dated 14.05.2007, we inform the Investors that on 14.05.2007 by virtue of a Stock Exchange transaction TERNA S.A. purchased 12.246.684 shares of the Company ATTIKAT ATE, which represent 15% of its share capital, and that during the next days the purchase of 5.228.363 shares, which represent 6,4038% of the Share Capital, is going to take place.
